چکیده
Background: Kerala flood in 2018 and 2019 had reduced the yield many agricultural plots of Attapadi, Kerala, India. The scope study was to identify potential native plant growth promoting rhizobacteria from post flood-affected sites rejuvenate nutrient depleted soils. Methods: present carried out department microbiology, College Agriculture, Agricultural University, Vellanikara, during 2020-2022. Bacteria were isolated soils Attapadi Palakkad district Three morphologically distinct isolates screened for cellulase, laccase dehydrogenase select best bacterial isolate that could produce multifunctional enzymes rejuvenation also promotion traits such as; indole acetic acid (IAA), phosphate solubilizing ability, nitrogen fixing ability potassium ability. Result: most promising identified as Ignatzschineria cameli, which found be a high producer along with revealed first report PGPR Kerala.

Plant growth promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR): a review
Soil microbial communities are often difficult to characterize, mainly because of their immense phenotypic and genotypic diversity. In the last ten years, a number of PGPR that have been identified has seen a great boost, mainly because the role of the rhizosphere as an ecological unit has gained importance in the functioning of the biosphere and also because mechanisms of action of PGPR have b...

The effect of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on seed germination, seedling growth and yield of field grown maize were evaluated in three experiments. In these experiments six bacterial strains include P.putida strain R-168, P.fluorescens strain R-93, P.fluorescens DSM 50090, P.putida DSM291, A.lipoferum DSM 1691, A.brasilense DSM 1690 were used. Results of first study showed seed I...

Heterodera glycines, the soybean cyst nematode, is the most economically important plant-parasitic nematode on soybean production in the U.S. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the potential of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) strains for mortality of H. glycines J2 in vitro and for reducing nematode population density on soybean in greenhouse, microplot, and field trials....
متن کاملMechanisms of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) and mycorrhizae fungi to enhancement of plant growth under salinity stress: A review
Salinity is the major environmental factor limiting plant growth and productivity. Under salinity conditions, plant growth is affected by a number of factors such as hormonal and nutritional imbalance, ion toxicity, physiological disorders, susceptibility to diseases, etc. Plant growth under stress conditions may be enhanced by the application of microbial inoculation including plant growth pro...
